CHANGE OF MIND:
If you have changed your mind we are happy for you to return your items. All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items. The items must be returned in the condition it was received. Please make sure the items have not been used or washed and still have the tags on them. You will need to pay for your own shipping if you decide to return your items unless the items are faulty, in that case we will then refund you for shipping.
FAULTY ITEMS:
We make sure all our products have been checked at a high standard before sent out, however if you have received a faulty item please contact us within 7 business days, so we can send you out your new item.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
Contact us by email at: littlecottonbear@hotmail.com You will need to include your full name, order number and name of the item you wish to return. Once we have received your email, we will then email you our return shipping address. We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving your order, in which you will then have your new item sent out or receive a full refund.
